Tour Plan
Arrival in Pemba Airport, the driver will transfer you to the hotel for check in.
Pick up from hotel in the morning and drive you towards the Wesha Seaport where you will take a boat to Misali Island starting exploring and enjoy aquatic activity. Misali is a Marine Conservation Area is characterized by unique marine and terrestrial ecosystems of remarkable species diversity about 350 fish species and 40 genera of hard corals have been recorded. After snorkeling, you will relax on sandbank and get your lunch. After finish trip we will take a boat back to the port and drive you back to the hotel to rest.
Pick up from hotel in the morning and drive you to Chake Chake, which is the heart of Pemba Island. Here you will explore the history and culture of Pemba Island, you will visit the Chake town market (opened 1904). Here you will able to see and buy tropical fruits and spices (if you wish). You will proceeding to the old fort house, English garden to the old slave port and fish market. After finish city tour we will heading to the Flyng fox forest, here you will see Pemba’s only endemic mammal which is critically endangered bat called “popo” in Swahili. After finish this tour we will drive you back to the hotel to rest
