Whenever rates are affected by changes in Government local taxes, fuel surcharge, entrance fee of some attraction areas or other unforeseeable circumstances, the company reserves the right to increase the rates accordingly.Â
2. BOOKING POLICY
Availability may be checked either by telephone or email. All reservation/booking should be made by email, whatsapp/call or direct online booking through website.Â
For Scooter booking should be made a day/days before the rental day, so as to make Zanzibar driving permit. For clients who own Zanzibar driving permit can book anytime. Â
Note; Zanzibar driving permit cost 15$, this fee if for government office not for Aromatic Expeditions Limited.Â
3. PAYMENT POLICYÂ
A 50% non-refundable deposit of total invoice amount should be made at the time of reservation/booking to confirm booking. Remaining amount should be made 7 days prior to arrival or will be paid by cash on the arrival day.Â
4. PRIVACY POLICY
The company is bound by privacy laws and will not disclose any of the client’s details to anyone other than law enforcement agencies.Â
5. GOVERNMENT POLICY
All tours, excursions and transfer comply with the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism (ZCT) regulations and contribute to the sustainable development of tourism in Zanzibar.Â
6. LAW APPLICABLE
This agreement is governed by the law of the United Republic of Tanzania.Â
7. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Whilst every care is taken for the safety and comfort of clients, the company accepts no liability for all or any of the following:
Damage/loss of property of any clients, howsoever causedÂ
Medical bills, medical evacuation. It is expected that on receiving a client’s booking, necessary insurance covers against above and other risks have been taken care of by the client.Â
For client suffering any health conditions or special requirements, please inform us earlier. This allows the company to make the necessary arrangements and provide you with the best support throughout your trip.Â

8. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS
Client must act responsibly, conforming to all local legal and custom norms. Unlawful or disruptive behaviours are strictly prohibited.Â
During the client’s travel, respecting and adhering to the local regulations and cultural norms example dressing modesty in conservative areas is importantÂ
9. DISPUTES
Any complaints or disagreements about reservations, accommodation, food or any issue relative to the company must be reported and recorded in writing accordingly. Failure to do so will result in the company taking no responsibility or action.Â
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AGREEMENT TERMS
By making payment/deposit, you signify acceptance of these terms and conditions.Â
